SALES TAX

A sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Texas.

SHIPPING

We ship within the continental United States via USPS priority mail (2-3 days) with delivery confirmation and insurance. We also ship internationally via USPS Global Express. International buyers are welcome.

Rush/Overnight mailing is available if you need something in a hurry! Please ask about our rates.

We ship every business day Monday-Friday.

$100.01-200.00 $12.00

$200.01 and up $13.00

Shipping to Canada and Europe is $22.00.

Waive signature- Please indicate if you are willing to waive a signature for your delivery should we be asked when package is mailed. 

RETURN POLICY

Initially Yours & Company realizes that mistakes occur. Because many of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you make your selections very carefully as these items are not returnable. We will do our best to edit your information, but it is pertinent that you review your proof and initial it. If a mistake is made on the part of Initially Yours & Company, we will correct it at no additional charge and expedite the shipping so you will receive your corrected order as soon as possible. However, if the mistake is made on the part of the customer we would be happy to place your order again the customer’s expense.
