Yes, we will be more than happy to resize your picture to fit the pendant or piece of jewelry. Can you use a picture from our digital camera? TOP
Yes, you can transmit your pictures to us in the form of .jpeg or .gif. How long do custom orders take? TOP
All items are made in the order in which they are received. We request 7 to 10 business days to create your order and then two to three additional days to ship. Some of our suppliers request more time, but in that case, it is noted in the product description. How are our items packaged? TOP
Your price includes the item you selected beautifully wrapped in signature tissue, placed in an organza bag and tied with a ribbon. Should your product not fit into the above mentioned, we will wrap it in our signature bag with tissue and a bow. Do you offer gift wrapping? TOP
We love to wrap! Our signature wrapping is beautiful, glossy, white paper and a black ribbon. The charge is $5.00 per package. If you have a specific request, let us know! We will also enclose a gift card and we would be pleased to add your personal note or card if you wish to send it to us. Can you rush orders? TOP
